This programme is implemented by a team led by Tracy Stuart, who herself has many years of experience in training and coaching teams throughout the UK in gaining patient acceptance for higher value treatment through improved communication and marketing skills.

Designed to completely review the patients’ journey through your practice, this programme will work with the whole team from the initial telephone script and appointment scheduling, to new patient consultation and case presentation, ensuring patient acceptance and understanding, whilst improving communication between the team to ensure the smooth running of the practice on a daily basis.
